Recipe

• Preheat the oven to $180°C\text{.}$
• Peel and slice the onions into rounds.
• Place them in a hot pan and sauté them until golden.
• Add the honey for caramelization.
• Let cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the onions become tender and lightly coloured.
• Place the caramelized onions into a mold (or baking dish).
• Add the shortcrust pastry over the filling.
• Fold the edges inwards and prick the pastry with a fork.
• Bake for 25 minutes.
• Unmold by flipping the tart over.
