Recipe

  • Preheat the oven to ().
  • Cut the leeks in half lengthwise, and rinse them thoroughly to remove all the dirt.
  • Generously brush them with olive oil and honey.
  • Place them in a baking dish, cut side down.
  • Roll out the dough on your work surface and lightly prick the bottom with a fork.
  • Spread the Beaufort cream over the entire surface of the dough.
  • Gently flip the dough (cream side down) over the brushed leeks.
  • Baking: Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the leeks are tender and lightly caramelized by the honey.
