• In a pot (saucepan), bring salted water to a boil.
• Finely slice the onions and sauté them in a pan over low heat until golden.
• Meanwhile, put the pasta in the pot to cook and follow the cooking time indicated on the package.
• Add the Bolognese sauce and 1 to 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the onions, and let simmer for a few moments.
