Recipe

• In a pot, bring salted water to a boil.
• Finely slice the onions and sauté them in a pan over low heat until golden, then add the lardons (bacon/pancetta).
• Meanwhile, put the pasta in the pot to cook and follow the cooking time indicated on the package.
• Add the cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the lardons and let simmer for a few moments.
• When the pasta is al dente, drain it and add it to the pan with the lardons. And for even more flavor, add Parmesan cheese to the plates.
