Description: Made by the Mont Charvin curing house near Lake Annecy, Ancelle is a genuine dried pork fillet marinated in spruce bud bark. It is a rare and authentic product from Savoie by the Salaison Mont Charvin, on the shore of Lake Annecy. Inspired by the wooden boards of alpine chalets, it offers a woody and robust flavor, ideal in thin slices as an appetizer, with a dry white wine, or to accompany your Raclette.
